This was the worst move I’ve ever experienced!!! Not only did they damage my things, the movers kept some of my items.I called them less than 5 minutes after they left and of course they didn’t answer. They piled everything up in my living room and didn’t set anything up. I paid them 1500.00 to move me from Beaumont Tx to Pasadena Tx. A 2 bedroom apartment. I don’t have a problem paying, what I do have a problem with is them damaging and stealing my belongings and the company not compensating me. I called the company the next morning to informed them of what had taken place. They were supposed to be taking care of it and I’m still waiting. Here are a few pictures of the damages. Read More

Used this mover to move my mother's belongings from a storage facility to a one bedroom apartment. (Couch/Loveseat/end tables/coffee tables/small dinette and boxes) $600!!! When I placed the deposit and spoke with 'sales', I was given an approximate estivate of $280 - $300. The longest part of the move was the 1 hr drive to put it in the apartment! 3 hrs max!!!!!!!! $600 charged to a 75 year old woman for what should have been an easy process and move. Still waiting for my callback, two hours later. Update: I was able to speak with a supervisor and come to an agreement regarding the cost of the move. Once it reached her desk, she was prompt in her response and proposed resolution, but the proposed resolution never occurred. I was to be refunded my deposit and a small portion (very) of the final cost, if I gave a more favorable review! Don’t use this company to move your belongings. They also damaged my mother’s wood furniture with their unprofessional service. Buyer be aware. Read More

These guys are the worst possible movers in greater Houston area. Even with three men coming to my home and all major items already wrapped and ready to go, they deliberately slowed down to load and unload my stuff.
They even damaged my flooring in a couple of places and refused to get it repaired or reimburse for damages. Also, the moving crew were j professional and using abusive language while talking among themselves.
After a length claims process, they offered up $40. What a joke! This after showing them that a wood flooring repair estimate was about $300.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
