This is literally the worst company ever! Once they have your money it's a total bait and switch. All of a sudden your stuff is packed up and they demand an extra $300-400 for packing you were told was included. Then the guy says eh I won't charge you extra if you tip my guys. Then they refused to tell us the square footage which is what you're getting charged on. We threw a bunch of stuff out we had initially included. They charged over $150 for the two wrap jobs that I already had in a box and said needed to be redone. It's literally paper wrapped with tape on one of the wall hangings. They took our stuff on the 9th and we didn't get it until the 30th. They track your number so they'll ignore you're calls so you'll need to block your number to get through. Once they have your money they're incredibly rude. Read More

Horrible follow through! My sister booked a cross country move from Montana to Connecticut with them almost 2 months in advance. They initially pushed our pickup window by 2 days and then kept rolling it, only to cancel completely 5 days after her pickup date and left us stranded to figure it out. It ended up costing her more money and our family an enormous amount of stress, which was something we were trying to avoid, hence hiring a mover. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Read More
