This outfit is purely criminal! Lazy and disorganized is how they operate. "If they move it they break it" should be their catch phrase. They would not move items that they knew came from storage back to storage. They buried stuff in storage that was clearly labeled for the kitchen. An obvious ploy to get the move over with quicker, simply because they did not like the idea of having to hand-truck it to my mom's new place. They did not move all the items from the main house like they were supposed to and went to her storage unit instead....causing a delay on the closing! Finally, they "allowed" my brother to "use" their hand-truck to move those aforementioned items to storage on foot, which was better than a mile away on a 95 degree day in FL, as they would watch him eating the sub sandwiches that we bought for them.....Shameful!!
