Horrible follow-up. Once they were paid to move me from FL to NC (after having broken several items) they refused to respond to my requests for follow-up to reimburse me for those items. Find another company. They contract movers from other areas (to include Destin area) and they seemingly don't take any pride in their work. The movers, for the most part, were reliable (minus the damaged items...things happen), but management's failure to even reply to a concerned customer is absurd. Read More
