Fantastic movers and one of the most careful and meticulous movers you will find. I hired them to move an antique 1840's grand fortepiano since the first movers dropped it. I just had my upright piano moved today and the guys did an excellent job! It wasn’t an easy task as the piano had to be lifted up 14 steps of stairs. Danny and his helper were up for the challenge and had a “can-do” attitude throughout the entire move. Thank y’all so much! Your team is very professional and made it a happy, memorable experience. I called D.C. Moore on Wednesday and talked to Bob, who gave me a quote of $200 to move an upright piano with the bench from Seminole County to Southwest Orange County (about a half-hour drive from house to house). No stairs were involved. I also told him we could only do it on the weekend, and he said that they could move the piano first thing Saturday morning. Sure enough, I got a phone call from the driver at 8:20 on Saturday morning to say they were on their way to pick up the piano. They picked it up at 9, and by 9:30, it was in my house. They were very careful with the piano, and moved it to the exact spot where we wished. We even tinkered a little with the location so it wouldn't block an electrical outlet. The movers were friendly and professional, and the piano was moved safely without any problems. I would recommend D.C. Moore for any piano, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for moving other items in the future. Their estimate was also lower than several others I received (and they stuck to their estimate).
