Believe the negative Yelp reviews. I still have yet to receive my items that were loaded last month. These folks are really bad. Edit: 16 days after the move and still have not delivered my home furniture and other items. They moved a one bedroom. The movers were very fast and efficient. I have not received my furniture and other home items yet though. I’d say if you have a local move and or just need stuff moved to storage they will be great for you. But for someone moving cross country and needing to have your stuff sooner than later then it’s a no.They may take up to 15 days to deliver your items. They say it can be 2-15 days and I was hoping it would take 2-3 days but considering my scenarios I assume its very likely to be 15 days for most which is a huge hassle. I saw the Yelp reviews and took a risk and unfortunately due to the time of waiting for my stuff I’m regretting it but I will edit the review once I actually get my stuff to share how the transport and delivery actually is along with how long it really takes to get your items. (Folks on Yelp said it takes a long time and they had a lot of damaging so I’m hoping it’s not the case for me). Tip: Be sure to buy wardrobe boxes for your stuff. That would have been a huge help with my move and a cost saver but I hadn’t even thought of it until the movers brought them and told me to add in items I planned to take in my car. Here, I explain why they are the best: 1- Norah is very much responsive, kind, and professional. You can rest assured that she will answer all your calls, texts, and any sort of question with full details. 2- Their price is truly fair. Lower that almost any other company. More importantly, there will be NO HIDDEN FEES. Almost all my friends ended up paying some fees they were not expecting but I, thanks to Norah and her straightforward manner, knew EXACTLY how much I am going to pay. 3- They are very much on time. For both picking up and delivering the stuffs, they arrived within the time frame that I was told. 4- The guys who did the job were professional and kind. They wrapped and handled everything with extra care. I had many pricy paintings and artworks that I was very much concerned about but they all arrived without a single issue. I also had a set of six glasses that were super super fragile and I, honestly, expected that I find them all broken. But expect for one of those glasses, EVERTHING else was delivered without ANY issue. 5- While I was told that the stuffs will be delivered within 14 business days, I actually got them in only 4 days. Overall, I highly recommend them. If you are moving out of Texas, you really do not need to search for a moving company. Just call Norah and she will take care of you. Their moving company Dallas Moving - threatened to drive off & leave our things in the street if we didn't pay the $1k over the quote! They kicked boxes while we watched, the box count was off to start with, so there was no way to match the count when it was delivered. The delivery guys DO NOT allow you time to count boxes & inspect like CSI requires, they DO NOT give you the option of full or "free" (pennies per pound) insurance. They broke 2 different pieces of furniture from 2 different sets. A stone/steel coffee table from 1 set and a steel patio chair from another, which according to their own contract is suppose to be replaced as a set or paid out as a set....not to mention....STOLE A LAPTOP! They broke other items too. The laptop + other electronics were packed in a wardrobe box by one of their guys, wasn't added onto the inventory sheet nor do they list items on the inventory sheet like they were suppose to! The entire wardrobe box disappeared. I gave them ample time to look for the "lost" box before reporting the laptop to the authorities as I have the serial number! MOVER BEWARE! THE 100% SATISFACTION IS BOLOGNA! They told the BBB they've paid me a "settlement" (hush) money of $200, but I haven't seen a cent as of today! They lie (I have their calls taped), they steal (police report) and even have the audacity to fake their BBB rating by lying to them too (I've asked for a copy of the cancelled check). The laptop + other electronics were packed in a wardrobe box by one of their guys, wasn't added onto the inventory sheet nor do they list items on the inventory sheet like they were suppose to! The entire wardrobe box disappeared. I gave them ample time to look for the "lost" box before reporting the laptop to the authorities as I have the serial number! MOVER BEWARE! THE 100% SATISFACTION IS BOLOGNA! They told the BBB they've paid me a "settlement" (hush) money of $200, but I haven't seen a cent as of today! They lie (I have their calls taped), they steal (police report) and even have the audacity to fake their BBB rating by lying to them too (I've asked for a copy of the cancelled check). BEWARE.... wasn't able to file a claim as the paperwork was stolen by the delivery driver and they REFUSED to send copies. You can't file a claim without info from the paperwork! Still waiting on the "settlement" they LIED to the BBB saying they've sent. They threaten they won't pay everytime I email them asking them anything saying I'm trying to extort....I'm trying to file a claim & have been trying for 1.5 years now! Their moving company Dallas Moving - threatened to drive off & leave our things in the street if we didn't pay the $1k over the quote! They kicked boxes while we watched, the box count was off to start with, so there was no way to match the count when it was delivered. The delivery guys DO NOT allow you time to count boxes & inspect like CSI requires, they DO NOT give you the option of full or "free" (pennies per pound) insurance. They broke 2 different pieces of furniture from 2 different sets. A stone/steel coffee table from 1 set and a steel patio chair from another, which according to their own contract is suppose to be replaced as a set or paid out as a set....not to mention....STOLE A LAPTOP! The following review was posted from my phone when one of the crew took my phone saying he'd be taking photos of the moving items and he started typing. When I asked what he was doing he said he was saving photos to their google file. Posted by movers from my phone: Perfect to work with. Olivia is number 1 I have proof from my phone that it was not me. Olivia is not #1 and treats you like an idiot if you call her out on saying what she needs to get you to sign the contract. Pay attention to the details on it because they'll use it to put you in a bad spot. I have witnesses who heard my conversation with her saying my stuff would very likely arrive by a certain date. So I scheduled my transition date to move 700 miles away based on that. On the day I get to my new empty apartment I call them to find out when they will be arriving to be told that they have no clue when it's coming because its still in Dallas 5 days after they picked it up from me. Olivia tried to defend it all and stated that it's my fault for not reading the contract. At no point was I advised anything other than it wouldn't be a problem and it's likely I'd have it by the day I move in. I just now got my stuff a week after I moved in. Olivia is a salesperson so don't believe that she has your best interests in mind. She'll make it obvious when you call her out on her bs. I am going through my things and my bed frame is damaged and the crew that picks up your stuff and drops it off will try to charge you more money for everything they can without a good explanation. If you look deep in these reviews you'll find many others exactly like mine. They bury them deep behind reviews with high ratings by doing exactly what they did with my phone. I've found out that this is legitimately considered fraud. Please please please do not use this company for the sake of you and your family. The guys on the crews are very friendly indeed but it's because they want you to feel all warm and fuzzy to take your stuff and hold it until it's convenient for them to deliver it....within their "contract" of course.
