Called them to schedule an in home estimate. A guy named Jeff was supposed to come out and do an estimate on a Tuesday at 9:30. I waited until 9:45 and called as no one showed up. They told me that he was on his way to me but was running late due to traffic. I got a call from the estimator 10-15 mins later saying he hit a pot hole I guess and needed to check his vehicle. I offered to reschedule and I totally understand stuff like that so we rescheduled for 9:30 am the next day. He showed the next day on time and we went through everything and he told me he’d get my estimate emailed over to me later that day. We’ve been super busy as anyone would be preparing to move and I noticed I still hadn’t gotten an email from him or anyone from the company after almost 2 weeks since he came to do my in home estimate. I called the company number and asked to speak to Jeff. He wasn’t in. I told them the situation and the lady I spoke to said she’d get my message you home right away and have him call me. Yeah that was about a week ago and still no call from anyone from the company or estimate in my email. And before you ask, yes I have checked both my spam and junk folder. If this company can’t even get you a moving estimate I can’t imagine how they drop the ball scheduling to move all your belongings. Me my wife and my daughter (who is only a year old) were traveling south bound on 35 when this truck driver cut us off, I let it go thinking maybe it was a accident due to heavy traffic so as we move forward he decides to get in the right lane and let us pass or so I thought... as soon as I got on his side he swings his truck in my direction again forcing me to hit my brakes hard, by this time I'm mad because my daughter is in the car so I go past him and as I look at him he's laughing like he thought it was funny !!! I followed him to his destination (the company) and I called and left a voicemail to the manager and haven't heard back from them and it's been over 2 weeks. This driver honestly doesn't have any regard for others safety and obviously doesn't have any respect for the company name because if he hit us that would of been a major law suit on the company not him. I'm just posting this to warn people this company doesn't care if their drivers are irresponsible so obviously the drivers care less. EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU SEE THIS DRIVER, HE WONT HESITATE TO PUSH YOU OFF THE ROAD. Read More
