Wow we were charged an arm and a leg and the move was ANYTHING BUT EASY. As two working parents with a 3yo, we paid for a service we did not receive. Not one person actually tried to make this right. Every step of the way, it felt like people were going through motions and there was MINMAL communication among parties, leading to gigantic delays in us starting work among many other things. And no effort has been made to rectify this. We are stuck with 42 boxes in our home memorial day weekend when this was to be delivered 2 weeks ago. 3 times movers were scheduled to come to our home to pack and canceled. Finally when they arrived, one person had Lord knows what respiratory issues during a pandemic. 2 week window instead of a 3 day window like most places. DAMAGED my barely used Mitchell gold circle chair. I honestly cannot even speak to how poorly this move was handled. Will be posting on every FB group and mom's group I can. We don't mind paying for a service. Expected to have an easy move at the price we paid Mayflower and Conser for this move and received the EXACT opposite. Read More
