Today, June 23rd, a Coleman American moving company parked their truck in my neighborhood at the Knightsbridge complex in Orlando FL (picture of the truck attached) and blocked my car. I saw this 10 mins before I had to head to my appointment so I asked them to move their truck. They rudely replied with I had space to move my car. I should've not trusted them because sure enough when I tried getting my car out, I could not. One of the movers from the Coleman company also attempted to move my car and he could not as well. So, he went to find the driver of the truck because apparently the movers are not allowed to drive the truck and he left me waiting about 15 mins. Finally the driver appears but not to move the truck, but to head into an apartment to start working so I had to then go into a strangers apartment to ask for the fifth time if he could move the truck. He finally came out to move it huffing and puffing with the rudest attitude. As if I'm inconveniencing him (neverminded the fact that he just made me miss my appointment). He proceeded to then rudely say that I had space to move it. I replied that not even your mover could move it and I asked you to move your truck 30 mins ago. Because of this I missed my appointment and was assessed a no-show fee. The driver and his movers only cared about getting on with their job, they didn't care that they were blocking other cars. All they had to do was move their truck 6 feet in reverse like I asked them in the beginning. I was trying to prevent missing my appointment and having this escalate. But here I am writing a review because with all my efforts they just didn't want to think about anyone else but themselves. When I called their Orlando office, they said what do you want me to do? I replied with how about you better train your employees. This is a company that states they do things with excellence. If someone says they can't back out and they need to go to an appointment, excellence means moving your truck as to not make people inconvenienced.  They thought by moving their truck 30 mins after I asked that the situation is resolved. As if they don't know what the meaning of an appointment is. It means I have a set time to be somewhere so time is of the essence. The driver disappeared and wouldn't move his truck in the set time so that I could make my appointment though I gave him ample time to do so to avoid this hassle. This company does not train their employees with excellence so stop saying you do things with excellence. I work for a large corporation that makes recommendations and I will certainly not make a recommendation for your company. And I really hope this doesn't happen to another person that God forbids has a medical emergency and can't have the freedom of using their own car because a rude company refuses to move their truck when asked. The movers don't speak much English and I tried telling them that certain boxes were glass they didn't understand!!! Some of the boxes had glass in them and read "Caution! Delicate "! All because of this my moms Vase Broke!! The top part was in pieces! It was gone! My mom isn't here anymore and that vase meant a lot to me!! It was a memory I had of her!!! I'm interested to see what else they broke in my boxes! The movers should understand what customers are saying!! I'm very upset!! Read More

Allied needs to find a different sub contractor. I would give them not even -5 Stars they completely destroyed my brand new furniture in the move, stuff got wet, boxes were smashed. Do not use them they are the worst moving company ever. I even ended up with somebody else's things call the company and they still have yet to pick it up. I have had to move across the United States several times and never have I had stuff destroyed like they did. You can also forget about giving you a fixed-price that is not supposed to go up yet they turn around and charge me $600 more. Read More
