I had an emergency. I had to move in 2 days! I was also on a very tight budget. Yasser was kind enough to listen to my quick story. I gave him an idea of what I needed because most of the online options did not apply to me. Mine was a minimal move; everything was already in boxes. He sent the Insurance Certificate the condo needed in order to use the elevator. A team arrived promptly & moved me out and into my new place within 2 hours! It only took longer because the elevator was broken and they had to use the service elevator at the end of the hall. The guys were so sweet and professional. I was alone with my mom and must add that I felt safe around them. Thank you everyone at CIAO who made this an easy, quick, affordable, and safe experience for me. Wow! I was so impressed with these guys! I had to move from an apartment to a new house but most of my things were going to an storage. I had no idea how big the storage had to be and they recommended the correct size, I also have very valuable furniture and they knew exactly how to package everything so nothing got damage, they disassembled the furniture so fast, each of the movers had an specific job and they were very professional. I didn't have to do anything except tell them what went where. Their communication was so great before they came to my apartment and they were prepare on what needed to be done in a timely manner. If I could give twenty stars, I would. I am a single mom and had to do this move all by myself. Jorge and his team took care of EVERYTHING and I felt instantly taken care of from the moment they arrived. Courteous, respectful, professional and caring.
