I love to support local companies, but this time it was a mistake. They were rude, unprofessional and damaged my furniture and did not offer any repair or compensation because it took longer than 3 days for me to email them while I was deployed as an RN to fight COVID-19 in nursing homes, even when I explained my particular situation they offered no help. These guys are awesome! Not only did this company help us move into our 3rd story apartment last year when we first moved to FL, but they were an integral part of our current move out of that apartment. Adam, Vance, & Jacob were great!!! they were very polite and cordial, on time and professional, but most of all they were HARD WORKING! Wish I could've tipped the $100 each!!! Read More

We called Chosen One because they had good reviews. They advertised moving pianos and large items. We explained we had a heavy and expensive amethyst geode. It took them about 5 minutes to break the geode in half. I spent the next 4 months fighting their insurance because chosen one didn't even care enough to ensure it was done. In 4 months, I never received a single call from chosen one. I never received an apology. When their insurance did finally pay, I was paid about 1/3 what the geode was worth. I would think very carefully before you hire these people. I am even more angry they use a religious name, as they broke my stuff and never even said sorry. Their crew tried to force my wife to pay the moving bill even with damaged goods. Read More
