Long distance move. I packed things- not broken. They packed things- several things broken including my desktop Mac. Never found the legs for my tables. The moving company that UNPACKED us told me that that professionals always put all the parts together in an obvious place- not these jokers. They were also perplexed about how the container was packed with little organization. My everyday bike front fork was trashed, it went to dump. Look closely at the photos, there are two ceramic pots not wrapped that arrived broken, there are two $2000 carbon road bikes thrown on top without any protection. We paid a lot of money for a professional moving company, this group did not deliver. They refunded me a paltry $200. DO NOT USE! Read More

When we asked Central Coast Moving Company if they could move an industrial merchant refrigerator that measured 14' x 6' and weighed 2600lbs, they immediately jumped on the opportunity to figure out a way for us. While on the job, the team worked tremendously together, constantly communicating and adjusting how best to maneuver the refrigerator. I can't recommend this team enough for any and all moving jobs you have. After seeing them move this, I thoroughly believe they can move anything! Read More

I needed help moving and was lucky to get Ronnie and Mike who showed up with great attitudes and worked hard to get my house loaded up into a U-Haul. They were great! However, my estimate was for $602 for 3 hours and what I got was a bill for $815 for 2 hours. That surprise sucked! Update response to owner: If you have a standard billing process for "Double Drive" maybe next time you could include that in the estimate? Insinuating that the customer is confused because you neglected to include 30% of the cost of a move in the estimate is not particularly professional. Read More

Central Coast Moving did a fantastic job with our move! They went above and beyond with a great attitude, especially with the reassembly of an adjustable mattress and new headboard. Ryan was very personable and attentive to my elderly parents who appreciated the special attention. I was very impressed with the communication with emails, texts, and phone calls. The movers showed up exactly as promised with extra supplies and and got us moved without a hitch and in great shape. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Professional-Respectful-Compassionate-Trustworthy Moving my father from the Central Coast to South Orange County, was an emotionally and physically exhausting experience. We moved him due to our mother's passing. Central Coast Moving made the experience a whole lot less stressful. They were patient with me in the planning process and so extremely compassionate about what our family was going through with the loss of two family members during the past year.
