Cento Family Moving & Storage helped move me from Florida to South Carolina. The movers packed everything up nicely and carefully at my home in Florida, then transported it safely & securely to my new home in South Carolina. I was impressed with how kind and respectful the two movers who were moving my things were. I gave them a general idea of where items needed to go initially and told them just to ask if there was any question. They had no problem figuring out where items went, placing big pieces of furniture exactly where I asked, moving them (a couple of times) to get it just right! They assembled two bed frames, my bedroom combination dresser/vanity, and my dining room table for me. I had asked that any bins left that I hadn't assigned to be placed downstairs be put in my guest bedroom upstairs. Let me tell you how happy I was when I walked up stairs and saw the bins nicely placed & organized against the wall! They even stuck some bins - clearly seasonal items - neatly in the closet - exactly where I had planned to place them!
They exchanged pleasantries, chatted lightly while working, wore masks/face coverings while in my home, and were beyond attentive to some of my most precious family heirloom items. I have known people to use this company, so I already knew they were good at what they did, but I was beyond impressed with my personal experience!

Connie at Cento Family Movers called me about my upcoming move and she was superb. She was very informative and interested in my move and had an opening two days later. She offered to email me the full quote but I said, "You know what? Let's just do this!" I felt VERY comfortable knowing that they have been in business for years and knew what they were doing. She said she would call me the next day to confirm and to see if I had any more questions. Yesterday Felipe called to tell me he was sending two young men to do the job and they were well experienced AND he lowered the estimate. Then Connie called and I again told her of the tight staircase and massive pieces I had to move and sent pictures. No problem. Brian and Bryant came and were so friendly and professional and wrapped and blanketed everything and really took care of my furniture. They even added some pieces I had forgotten about, again, no problem. The tight outdoor staircase was a challenge but they handled it with ease. Unloading was even quicker, and they were patient while I had to rearrange things to make everything fit. I forgot how large the pieces were. I asked them about moving an antique bedroom set from FL to NH and they told me how it works. I cannot say enough good things about Cento. The whole experience was wonderful and they made the stress of moving vanish. I will certainly recommend them highly and plan on using them to move the furniture to NH whenever they have an opening.
