Celis Moving and Storage is one of the most professional company's that I have ever seen in the industry. They are extremely responsive and helpful. Rolando, Anna Maria and Eric are 3 managers who know what they are doing. Their secure storage facility, trucks and equipment, and even their crews uniforms are all very well kept. The things that I like best about them is their customer service satisfaction, their pricing, their actual services (swift and smooth), and their plastic bins for packing and moving. Rolando, the owner of Celis Movers, fit me in this week as I needed my house emptied of furniture. He delivered one of his immaculate pods, and scheduled 2 of his men for packing and moving the very next day. I had to write this review right away because everything went so smoothly here this morning, I can hardly believe it!! Sacramento and Pedro were fantastic!! So friendly, respectful, awesome employees who REALLY know how to protect furniture and safely pack a pod! They do it with such ease, and safely for their bodies…I can tell Rolando really cares about his employees by providing safe ergonomic tools. I am beyond impressed!! I will definitely call Celis back to unwrap and bring everything back in. To anyone considering Celis Movers, the cost may seem pricey, but there’s nobody better to do your packing and moving!! He was thorough, gave me a quote immediately, and was extremely professional and communicative through the whole moving process. On the day of the move, Sacramento, Pedro and Roberto showed up cheerful and ready for the load up. They moved quickly, with great care and smiled the whole time! I said we didn't agree to this, so the owner said he was going to charge us for his movers waiting around while I disputed the bill. Rolando came over to give me an estimate . I had asked for a quote for packing and moving . His quote was on par with the other quotes i received . He said he would send a team over to pack the contents over 2 days and load one of the trucks the previous day . The team packed everything very well . One truck full of boxes were packed the previous day . The next day, they arrived at the time they had promised to and loaded and moved everything. 3 trucks full . I had heavy dressers, elliptical, massage chair etc. Also needed to drop off an exercise bike to a friend's house in the same neighborhood and they did that at no extra charge. They assembled all the furniture. Made sure that my bed and the massage chair was working . I had a different wire for the dryer and had to get a new one. They returned the next day to repair one small damage to the bedroom wall and to connect the dryer. Impeccable repair. Doesn't even look like there was a damage . Sacramento was the lead man for the moving and I have to say he was extremely helpful and was accommodating of all requests to move things around . The entire team was cheerful , wore masks the entire time and not one complaint or grumpy face/ attitude. Highly recommend this company. At every step in the process, Rolando was available to answer any questions and coordinate the move. There were more than 100 medium and small boxes and about 20+ wardrobe boxes .
