Cali Movers have helped me twice with moving!
Both times I spoke with Erick, who was very helpful in guiding me with what I needed for the amount of household items I had to be moved. He definitely made sure I wasn't stress during the whole process of moving.
The movers worked with urgency, they were professional and took care of my belongings. They made sure to clean up after themselves.

Called Cali Movers Inc on a Thursday and had packers at the house Saturday and a movement team that Monday…. Everyone from the phone call to the packers and movers was AMAZING. Would NOT recommend Cali Movers. We hired them for packing & moving. Had a few glitches during the packing (ie they packed up the bedding on the bed I told them I was sleeping on overnight so I had to open boxes to locate). The move went well, but when we went back to our old house to close up realized they left a bunch of stuff in the house, pictures on the wall, and their empty Monster energy cans on the counter. We had to do several loads back and forth to finish the move ourselves. Then, when we opened up the boxes we found broken picture frames. I contacted Oscar and their team, who led me in a goose chase to make a claim that they never sent me the paperwork for. Very unhappy with our experience and the customer service. Read More

Liars and Thieves. I don't know if I have time or space to write how bad my experience was with this shady company. First of all do not believe a word that comes out of their mouths. I was told they were a small independent company that specializes in moving families out of California. That they had a small fleet of there own trucks and we receive the personal touch. On moving day things seemed a little different. First the crew shows up. Really 2 young guys a a supervisor with his arm in a full cast over his shoulder. Was supposed to be 4 loader/packers. Later the "Supervisors " daughter shows up. Of course the price goes up. I kinda expected a bump. But it was over $4000. I have already packed my house and purchased a new house in Tennessee. Instead of moving blankets they tape paper to all my custom furniture. It takes the finish off. Ruined my bedroom set. Now for delivery. I am told that "their" drivers would call 48 hours in advance with a time to meet them at the house. I'm in an AirBNB 30 minutes away. I get a call we will be at the house in an hour. I scramble but make it work. Now the real shitshow starts. 2 people who speak little English show up in a huge rented truck. It can't make the turn in my driveway. Next the Sheriff's show up yelling and screaming this guy ran some people off the road making it up the curved hill. Then the Highway Patrol show up and cuff the driver. Oh yeah the driver tried to turn around in my new never met neighbor's yard. My furniture is still in this truck on my neighbors yard. They finally write the driver several violations. And now we finally get the truck backed up my driveway through the field in my neighbors yard. They get it all backed up and opened and ask where the unloaders are. Course I don't know what they're talking about. They say they're only drivers and they do not load or unload furniture. So they're free to unload my whole house of furniture in my driveway. I'm calling the moving company they don't have any answers. So it must've been a mistake. Will have somebody out there in a couple hours. They can move it into your house for you. Meanwhile, the drivers start to push my furniture off the truck into my driveway. I have no tools no loading devices. My dressers are upside down in the driveway. My dining room table leg is broken off of it. All of my custom-made bedroom furniture is scraped and scratched from the driveway, which is gravel. so that's my experience with them liars and thieves. In the company called later that night saying they couldn't send anybody out until the next day. The next day which shows up is three guys and an old beat up car with a moving dolly strap to the trunk. You're supposed to be experts. They don't bring any tools. DON'T USE THEM!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. YOU'LL BE HAPPY YOU DID!! 65" TV wrapped in plastic wrap and moving blankets...broken (see pic). Coffee table wrapped in plastic wrap and moving blankets...broken. Dresser...wrapped in plastic wrap and moving blankets...broken (see pic). I could continue but I'm sure you get my experience with them. To top it all off, they snuck all the damaged items in last! They were almost done and they (Pedro, Luiz, 3rd guy) collectively huddled in the back of their truck and about 5 minutes later Pedro came to me with his iPad to review the final costs of the move. What I didn’t realize at this time was that Luiz, and 3rd guy were quickly unloading all of the damaged items. They coincidentally saved the damaged item for last while I was being distracted with Pedro continuing to say his iPad connectivity is bad. This made the signing process which was me clicking yes 3 times and then signing, take about 20 minutes. Ironically, then they were all done and on their way. My move was on a Saturday, I had to wait until Monday to file a claim. Now they tell me their Claims Process take at least 2 weeks. I'm still fighting to get a full refund. Eventhough, it's going to cost me more than I paid the movers just to replace the items they damaged and ruined. DON'T USE THEM!!! FIND ANOTHER AND MORE REPUTABLE MOVER!! DON'T END UP LIKE ME!! I hired Cali Movers to pack a trailer to leave Los Angeles. The men were super organized, professional and incredibly nice to my little boy. They arrived in one vehicle and assisted the truck driver in getting the trailer parked spot on - right in front of our apartment building to aid/facilitate with the loading.
4 men packed our trailer over 4 hours with total ease. I had a head start on the packing but on items that we didn't prepare, the men packed beautifully. I can easily testify that they were the best part of our move. NOT ONE PIECE OF MY POTTERY ARRIVED BROKEN after traveling across the states for 3 days. Everything in the trailer was in excellent condition. I would easily recommend our team again and would be happy to talk/email with anyone considering using Cali Movers.
