One star is generous for this company. I would give it a negative if that's an option. Do not use them. They hire an actual moving and storage company, LD which is another company you need to avoid, to do the job. They make a lot of promises like be with you every step of the way of your move but they disappear as soon as they get your money. They're like a used car salesman, by the name of Selvin, who will pressure you to make a decision right away and take advantage of your stressful situation. They gave me a quote of $7k for my move from San Diego to New Jersey that turned into $11k. There were hidden fees, charges and adjustments that were not explained. Sampel, the dispatcher was unreliable and a liar. Their customer service by the name of Ronald is a joke who never followed-up and just disappeared. It was a nightmare from the beginning. If you want to be lied to, aggravated, and pay be forced to pay double then go ahead use them. On top of that, I'm missing a box and a few of my belongings were broken.
