My company and my client had a great experience with Brooks Moving and I wanted to share. I have a client who has an oversized sofa that needed to be moved from a second story condo to her new first floor unit in another building. The issue was that the sofa did not fit through the front doors. The balcony sliding glass doors had to be removed and replaced and the sofa needed to be "delicately delivered to gound level successfully". Christian, Alex, Rubin & Geoffrey are great! These guys did the job & did it well! They also packed and moved my clients belongings in record time without any damage to anything.

These guys were the best. Are moving day was set for Sunday 24th July but Bellhop messed up and dropped the ball. Long story short, these guys rocked up Monday 25th morning after we had moved most of our house on our own due to closing date and contractor cleanup schedules the Sunday scheduled. They turned my frown upside down into the biggest smile 😁.
The team Devante, Jeremy and Peter even helped me relocate boxes we had already moved, they didn't damage a thing including walls or belongings. They then went the extra mile to help me set up my workshop barn that they new we needed free of clutter to finish our renovation by helping move clutter and put metal storage racks back together. Absolutely a godsend saving me days of re organising. Absolutely blown away with the service and happier than a clam in the Exumas.

The owner was verbally abusive and threatening, screamed at me that I was trying to ruin his business, told me if I told anyone he'd "make me pay" and wouldn't cooperate with police or the BBB. See his responses below. It's now April 2022. A different detective called me today. The same men who stole from me, convicted felons who still work for Brooks, stole firearms from someone else, and now people are going to prison. Owner has not apologized, removed the abusive statements or tried to make things right for me at all. He continues being hateful, even though he knows I was a victim and told the police that. John, the owner and fellow Iraq war veteran, answered my call quickly from a message.
I was moving things from a storage unit off Central Ave in Jupiter to Jupiter Farms.
I was quoted the best price by far and was able to squeeze me in that day.
Peter and Josh were my crew and everything was stored professionally with blankets and straps, delivery was on time within 5 minutes and unpacking was done efficiently without any damage.

Looking for a mover is scary. You just don't know who you can trust. The one thing I hear about is movers that hold your belongings hostage if you don't pay a higher price than what's quoted. So I asked around on who would be the mover I can trust and is dependable. Brooks name always came up. Very glad I listened to the advice I was given. The drivers were right on time. Courteous, caring, they handled all our furniture with care. Ian and Tomas were the 2 movers we got. Excellent job guys!!!
