The two young men, who moved us, arrived a couple minutes before the expected time. They walked through our house to figure out what would be loaded. It was a rainy day and they braved the cold and rain, swiftly moving up and down our winding grand staircase (we are in a 4-unit apartment/old house) with all our boxes and furniture. My husband and I were amazed watching them take several heavy boxes at once and loading it strategically on the truck. The drive up took an hour in the rain. They informed us what was allowed on the truck and what was covered by the basic company insurance. The loading took 4 hours and when they arrived at our newly purchased house they asked us where each item went once it was unloaded from the truck. The unloading took about 3 hours. Not one thing was broken in the move. We got a $50 coupon from Booska for the local move and were able to deduct it from the bill. They also processed credit card payment on their smartphone and immediately emailed us a receipt. We will definitely use Booska for our next move. Read More
