Terrible. Don’t risk it. If they mess it up they won’t fix it. Their group of movers broke my new heavy duty proform treadmill, hid the parts they broke off, broke some antique marbles, glass containers and new storage containers etc. Additionally they packed GLASS items such as aquariums, pottery, etc into a moving container without wrapping or securing them. Then When called back to fix it promised to “make it right”. 6 months later they’ve offered a refund for our move, (which doesn’t cover full cost of damages) but not a repair on our treadmill because they “don’t want to ding their insurance”. Ask yourself why they wouldn’t make it right? Do they even have insurance? Do they not have enough cash flow for the repair? Do not risk your possessions. They won’t make it right. Don't let Joe's claim of "Strong Christian Principals" fool you! Just scroll through the internet and read all the reviews before hiring this company and you will see for yourself. Blue Ox lost several items and damaged my 75" in flat screen TV. They did not follow basic protocols for moving/packing this type of device. The most important thing to do with a TV like this is make sure it NEVER lay flat or on it's side. They set it down in my living on it's side. I was told that they would take down all the mounted TV's, pack them and move them so my assumption is that they would follow the right protocol when doing this. I contacted Joe immediately regarding the damaged TV. He said a claim would be filed and the insurance company would contact me within 48 hours. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I followed up 30+ days later and was contacted by someone else who said the claim was denied (see photo below). I then proceeded to contact the insurance company directly as they provided their contact name. I learned that NO CLAIM WAS EVERY FILED (see image below with this statement. BLUEOX sat on it for 1 month and then said the claim was denied based on the limited information they had. ACCORDING TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY A CLAIM WAS NEVER FILED. BlueOx's compromise was to offer me $22 for a $4500 item. All images and correspondence on this matter to support my review are listed below.
