Great movers! Communicated clearly through the process, friendly and on time and took good care of my belongings as if they were packing and loading their own things into the moving trailer. I'm tact, didn't have straps required for the ABF trailer they loaded for me and during their lunch break, they drove to Uhaul and bought them for me since I had no luck finding what I needed at the local hardware store. I reimbursed them of course but had they not gone out of their way to help me on loading day like that my things may not have made it in one piece and without any damage after the trek out of state to my new home as things shift in that huge moving trailer I'm transit. EDIT: in response to Lyn -- it doesn't matter whether they "intended" to harm anyone. Being negligent when you're operating dangerous machinery is inexcusable. I hope you wouldn't be defending them if they did cause an accident that killed somebody. We were simply lucky that that didn't happen to us. DO BETTER!! Not for their services but for their drivers. While merging into the 101 their driver intentionally sped up to pass us even though we were in a merging lane and they were in a full ass semi. If we hadn't swerved into the pull off area we would have been completely decimated. Hire better drivers. Completely unacceptable. Read More
