I hired B&B because im a single father of an 11 year old moving out of a 3rd floor apartment. I rented a u-haul and moved 99% of the apartment out myself and only needed movers for a few larger items I did not feel comfortable moving myself do to weight and or size. Washer/dryer, weight bench, a few heavy boxes, and my 1 year old 65" Samsung q-led t.v. well the reason for this 1 star review is the T.v. which they cracked during the move. I bought a large flat screen TV box from home depot and packaged it up to make sure it would be safe and one of the movers threw it over his shoulder and moved it himself. So I get to my house and open the box and the screen has two 2" cracks in the screen. I call B&B and they have me email them the picture to which I get no response. I call to find out how I go about filing a claim since I would like the $1,800 TV I purchased a year ago that they damaged fixed or replaced and they inform me because I packaged it they will not be filling a claim. Basically I paid $250 for 1 hour of movers to break the 1 item I hired them to move safely because I did not feel comfortable throwing it over my shoulder and going down 3 flights of steps with it. The movers themselves were nice guys and things happen like this when you own moving business. My problem is if you break items of the people who hire you to stay in business and think it's ok to not take care of the damaged property and or refund the cost of the move you shouldn't be in business.
