Hired Bayside to move my furniture & belongings from my storage unit to my new home. Austin was very professional over the phone, communicated great about the move, & pricing was great. Austin will determine precisely what you need and provide the most responsive, reasonable, reliable, confident and kind service you can imagine. He will save your sanity and get you successfully moved! If you have a minute to read on, let me explain why I recommend Bayside Movers with such enthusiasm. I just completed moving my 95-year-old mother from Pensacola to Tampa. Believe me, this was no easy feat. I was a basket-case worrying about the logistics of packing and moving 95-years-worth of possessions from two locations into a high-rise. Austin toured the premises, assured me they could handle what I thought was a daunting job and gave me an estimate to pack everything for me plus a price for the long-haul move. His confidence single-handedly restored my sanity (and my ability to sleep). About four days before the move, my trash haulers flaked on me — unable to come to get the mountain of stuff we had culled before the move. Once again in a panic, I emailed Austin. Within 10 minutes, he got back to me: No problem; they would take haul it away on packing day. (Sanity restored again.) The crew was so kind, considerate, careful and efficient. They packed both Pensacola locations into appropriate boxes, loaded the truck, drove overnight to Tampa, and the following day they unloaded it all — carefully and successfully. The final bill was just what I expected from the estimate, and we all hugged goodbye. Success like this doesn’t happen every day. Movers of this quality are few and far between — heck, people of this quality are few and far between. Austin and his crew accomplished what I thought was impossible. Been meaning to write this review for a while! Back in August, Austin and his crew unloaded our 26ft moving truck into a 3rd floor walk-up apartment in record time. Had a bunch of large pieces we were very worried about and his team maneuvered them up the stairwells with ease. Had the entire job done in 2.24HRs - yeah, he charges by the minute!
