They showed up to our house almost 6 hours late, the dispatcher Nik lied to me multiple times. Their truck showed up 90% full with a hole in the side. Their resolution was to go get a Uhaul at 3:45pm when I told them we had a 10 hour drive. Then was told our load was going to Florida before being sent to Ohio, mind you we live in Georgia. Atlantic Group was remarkable. The movers arrived in Charlotte two days early without notice. As they drove in the first day, they ran over my neighbor's sprinkler. The second day, they ran over my mailbox.
At delivery, Atlantic Group movers held my items hostage. The movers hired by Atlantic Group took things off the truck and placed them in my driveway. When it began to rain, they demanded an additional tip to continue moving.
After loading all my items, Atlantic demanded 70% of fee at pickup, despite the contract with Interstate (who subbed the work out to Atlantic) being 50%.
Atlantic Group destroyed many many pieces of furniture. They destroyed my refrigerator. Multiple frames. Atlantic Group ruined the finish on multiple pieces of furniture. They kicked a hole in one of my shelves. They destroyed a computer.
Atlantic Group lost a treadmill. They lost a dresser. I tried working with Sheba in claims (who may or may not work for Atlantic Group). Despite promising to reimburse me for parts of my cost, Atlantic did not do so.

Fantastic company! I had a move today and the original company wanted to over charge me and left the site as I did not agree to it.
Atlantic came to the rescue! They acted immediately, came to do the move, acted very professional and great customer service!
I recommend them, I wish I would have gone with them from the start! If it wasn't for them, I would have been in trouble!
