If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! They brought a LARGE window order to my house from Anderson windows. I don’t know if Home Depot hired them or Anderson but my windows were just thrown into the truck and delivered broken! They were dragged in to our garage upside down and some on their sides. The woman , who I think was the owner, was nice but she left and the guys unloading were HORRIBLE! Truly! The one guy not in the pictures spent the whole time mouthing back to us when we told him not to drag the windows on their side. He kept saying time is money and for us to stop telling him how to do his job because we didn’t know what we were talking about!! It really was quite unbelievable! I have had many things delivered and have never had such a rude, terrible delivery service!! Not to mention the thousands of dollars in a bunch of destroyed windows that I have to reorder and winter is coming! We already had to wait 6 weeks for these! Read More

I am appalled at the amount and extent of destruction that Arnoff Moving and Storage, ostensibly a professional moving company, managed to do to my belongings. I never dreamed that a company who's business it is to handle furniture would be capable of taking my dining room set, which has been in my family for generations, and shear off legs, actually break off pieces, and then expect that $90.00 would be adequate compensation for their carelessness and ineptitude. It was my mistake not to buy additional insurance, but foolishly, I thought that a moving company that had been in the business for so long would actually be able to move me from Malta to Saratoga Springs without doing too much damage. I was so very wrong. As you can see from the photos, Arnoff not only broke the table and the chairs, but also light fixtures and ceramic pieces. According to their contract, they only needed to reimburse me for this damage as if my precious household items were cargo at 60 cents a pound. Do not under any circumstances use Arnoff if you value anything you own. Read More
