I am overwhelmed with the lack of care taken in packing our belongings. Amongst all the items they mishandled, the one that hurts the most is the damage done to my son's Christmas keepsake night before Christmas goodie box. I've had it for 3 years, and the top is completely torn off because one of the guys decided to stuff it with sports bras instead of wrapping it like he should have!! I have pictures that I can submit to claims but this CANT be replaced! Read More
