Andy’s Transfer & Storage in Glendale, CA was founded by Dick Anderson in Montrose in 1921 where his main business was the transporting of building materials from Los Angeles to the Crescenta Valley. A couple of years later, Anderson expanded into the moving and household goods segment, where the business thrived for over two decades. His business became one of the best moving companies in the area, providing professional moving and storage solutions. In the Mid 1940’s, the parents of the current owner, Harry & Cress Kroening, purchased the business and kept Andy’s name. As the decades roll by, Andy’s Transfer & Storage in Glendale, CA continues to thrive as one of the top providers of moving and storage solutions in the Los Angeles area. It also earns a reputable name for itself throughout the Greater Los Angeles area earning “Agency of the Year” awards from North American Van Lines for 4 consecutive years in the 1990’s.
