Whatever you do, do not use this moving company. This entire experience was horrible from beginning to end. They are BIG SHADY! I trusted them even though they are not part of BBB because their Yelp reviews were pretty good, but no, literally ended up costing almost double. They did not show up on time, they sent 2 different local movers the first ones tried to charge an additional 10,000$ and the soonest we'd get our stuff was a month. Because of this, we had to wait 4 additional days to have our stuff picked up to meet the original quote we booked at when each day we were told "they'll be coming today". I was forced to drive cross country alone so my boyfriend could stay for the movers. The new tenant to the old apartment moved in so he had to pay for hotels each night as he waited for them. When the movers eventually came, they stupidly took some of the new tenants stuff so I now have to pay to ship it back as I think they rotate numbers because all the numbers they gave me ring once and then state they have no voicemail. This was 100% extortion. Once our stuff was delivered, they showed up at 9:00 pm and took hours unloading until almost midnight. Several pieces of furniture were smashed upon delivery. I would love to be reimbursed for damages and shipping things for their errors but yea, no number will get through. Don't do it, go with someone who is represented by the BBB.
