"BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY" Do not use this company, All Roads Express is the worst moving company. They are unreliable, deplorable and unprofessional. When my Items were delivered to me the boxes were falling apart and things were falling out. They delivered several boxes to me that didn't belong to me. My boxes had been gone through and repacked. My things had literally been thrown in the boxes causing numerous items to be broken and damaged. Items were missing, it took almost two months before my things were recovered. If you value your belongings, I repeat Don't use All Roads Express. This moving company is horrible, they were a nightmare. How they are still in business is a mystery? I believe they purposely have a website that is faulty. I have attempted six times to submit my claim and wasn't able to do so. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I’m usually not the reviewing type but this time due to the bind I found myself in last minute and the way All Roads express handled it I figured they totally deserve the good word… I had a different moving company scheduled to come out today and yesterday they called saying they can’t make it as planned and there is nothing they can do due to their trucks schedule or something. I called friends asking around and got a recommendation to try and call all roads express. I called and a lady name tema answered the phone and after I explained the situation she said she needs a few minutes to check availability for a move during the holiday and on top of it to be done and completed next day. luckily for me (or maybe her doing) they had a spot so I booked with them immediately after we went over the details and costs. Today, Crew arrived first thing in the morning to our place in Hollywood as scheduled ready to work. They took apart the furnitures, wrapped them and loaded everything we had wanted including some stuff I decided last minute to take which I didn’t plan or told them about and in no time they were on their way to Cooper City to unload at our new home. It’s Amazing it took less than 24 hours from when I called them & booked to when we actually got completely moved in and situated.. talking about stress ah!! The person in charge(Don't know the name) Was very disrespectful to me and my wife over the phone. When he called me over the phone and finally gave me an update he said 4-8 days. Then says we have a balance which was NEVER mentioned from our previous convos or texts messages. I tols him we paid $6,000 already there shouldn't be anything we owe when i have the recipt.He threatens me over the phone saying " You don't want to pay?Then something not good is going to happen" I hung up on him since i did not want to tell with hos shit any more.My stuff finally gets here and they un-screwd my sons bed and flat screen Tv and did not mention where they put it.Plus my Wifes vanity mirror was broken as well..This guy or moving company is un-professional. Man oh man, where do l start? I chose this company for the most part based on the positive reviews. It just goes to show everyone has different experiences. I'll start with the driver arriving with a broken down truck and spent a good hour on the phone with the trucking company trying to get them to bring another truck. I'll end with chipped and broken furniture. I would not recommend this company nor ever use them again. If I could give them a -5 I would. Update: I was going to return owner's call, but after reading his response to my review, this will be my last post about my experience. My bedroom furniture was new to my old place, meaning, it came new from the furniture company and was put together in my place last summer. When the movers took it apart, they did not take the time to review how to put it back together. My daughter saw loose screws in my new bedroom and told them they must not have put a piece of furniture together correctly and they also did not put a leg under the dresser correctly. They balked at that. Later we found the pieces & loose screws in a drawer. They also did not unwrap one piece of furniture (no big deal, of course). However, there is a rather large nick in my TV console. Second to last, my daughter and I had to listen to the "chief" mover scold his son the entire time because the young man was not doing it HIS way. Quite nerve wracking to say the least. Lastly, to the owner, whether I leave a review a week later or 6 months later is no issue so not sure why you brought that up other than to make me look like I'm making ish up.
