Where do I begin with how terrible this company has treated me!?! First off I had many conversations with Rose, I asked her a dozen questions about the process and charges that may incur during the process of moving (I've never used movers before, but heard plenty of horror stories). She assured me that I would not be charged for having my TV's boxed by the movers as long as I provided my own boxes, and yet at the time of pick-up I was charged for that. I was asked several times when I wanted my items delivered... not what date range I wanted my items delivered, but what date exactly. I was told oh that's perfect that gives up plenty of time to get it to you on that date. Only to be told days after they already picked up my items that they could only deliver 1 weeks to early (my apt wasn't ready yet) or well after Thanksgiving. That would leave me 2 weeks in my home without my items over the holiday in Colorado where it is freezing with no blankets, no bed, no way to cook, nothing! So my only real option was to have it delivered to a storage a week early, yet another fee I could not afford, and now I also have to hire new movers to move my stuff from storage to my apartment. I have been basically scammed out of $800 by using this company, storage, new movers, and unexpected fees. When my stuff arrived the items were falling out of the trailer as they opened it! My carefully packed and labeled boxes (fragile) were thrown all over the truck! I was so upset I didn't think to take pictures until after the fact but I wish I had. I wont even know if my items are broken or damaged until I get them into my new home and by then this company with throw their hands up and assume ZERO responsibility for it! I'm convinced they did this on purpose so they would not have to cover damaged items since the movers kept saying my TV's were going to break in the move. DO NOT USE THEM! Scammer alert! We received and estimate to move across the country. We actually removed items from our initial quote and they arrived and told us we owed $1080 more (in cash) or they wouldn’t proceed. Will quote a low price to get you to put a deposit down, if you try to get it back they will drag their feet and youll have to file a dispute with your bank. They over doubled my quote a few days before pick up stating not to worry about it because there was no way i would use all the space they quoted, I did. When my things were delivered it was done so through a third party which they assured me they would be the only ones to handle my things. Their truck would not fit down my street (on pick up they told me to check that it would) so my husband and i had to rent a uhaul in order to transfer everything from their truck to our house. They did not reassemble my furniture that had to be disassembled, they smoked so now my whole home smells like smoke and several of my items are broken. Attached is a picture of the truck that was delivering our things, the company trailer had Pennsylvania plates. A major factor in choosing them was that they were a texas based business and they would be the only ones handling my goods. Read More

This was the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Items were stolen and there was over $6000 of damages. Boxes were labelled properly and I even reviewed with the movers which boxes were delicate and expensive artwork. See the photo of the thin rectangle boxes. They were smashed and destroyed all of my artwork. The movers from All Over The State are not qualified and were understaffed. They went to Home Depot trying to find random people on the corner to help with the move but couldn't find anyone. In the photos you will see crushed boxes like the movie Ace Ventura. Never use them!
