I hired them to move my belongings, including a $700 TV, down the street to my new home. They broke my TV which was completely beyond repair. What bothers me even more is how their customer service team handled the situation. When I reached out to report the damage, they offered me a mere $100 as compensation, which is a mere fraction of what the TV is worth. All talk - no follow thru. When I called to let the office know what was going they said someone would call me back. NEVER heard back from anyone at the office. The mattresses were not wrapped and when I said something to one of the guys he bite my head off!! We were contracted for six men but only five showed up. They did not cover the floors and did major damage to several steps at our house by using the dolly and slamming down the stairs. Broke a lamp and when I said something I was told to glue it. Chipped the foyer step. Broke two knobs off of my dresser and scratched the door, etc. Took apart a hidden door and left it disassembled and not functioning. TV’s were not wrapped as discussed and had tape on the screens. When I said something again to one the guys he started yelling at me. Seat of one chair was ripped off. The list goes on. Move was on July 2nd, long holiday weekend. Last name different from what is shown. To be fair the guys were trying but it was a challenge. Will NEVER use again or recommend them. Read More

Do NOT use! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I will tell you why. We have given this company since August to rectify the issue but they decided to not communicate with us after they realized the damage and theft from their team was confirmed. Not only poor customer service but let me explain. In August a team of young men came to pack us up. There was no leadership. The "leader" was clueless and unorganized. The rest of the team acted like they were on vacation. I had to stay on top of them to keep them focused and especially keep them off their phones. It got so bad I started packing about 15 boxes myself just to move it along. We ended up losing 2 guys to another job so they brought one load over to the new house. (they had 2 trucks). It was only 1/4 full. They loaded up the second truck and was not able to get the remaining items. My husband and I met them at the house. On our way we picked up lunch and drinks for the guys. They unloaded and went back to the old house to finishing packing and loading the rest of the furnitures/boxes. My husband let them in and the "leader" said the he could leave (so he could help me) and they would be over shortly. The next day as we continued to unpack I noticed that I was missing kitchen items and other belongings. My husband went over to the old house and found a MESS. They didn't finish unpacking the kitchen (which we paid for) and left the house in a complete mess. SOME PICTURES ARE INCLUDED. I called the Manager his name is Mitchell. At first he was apologetic and said he sent us his BEST team. Well if that is his best I wouldn't hire his other teams. They were a mess! I told him that we were missing a step stool and he said it would be returned the next day. A few days later I called him again and told him that many of my Le Creuset was broken and we are missing a brand new set of KitchenAid Copper pans still in the box. No response!!! They are not only unprofessional, no customer service but thieves. I have since spoken to many people who either worked for Father and Sons or had an experience similar to ours. Either way! Do not use them. This move has not only cost us the fees to move but we had to hire a truck to pick up the rest of our belongings and now due to the theft we are out another $2,500.
