Good: the movers were pretty nice in general. Bad: - when you're not looking they do put your bed frame on the floor when you asked them to not put the sides that can get dirty on the floor. See picture. I asked them to put the legs of the bed on the floor and avoid having the head frame on the floor so it won't get dirty. And yet they did and now I have stains I cannot get cleaned. Same with some other items. Movers were not on time. I don't think I can blame the movers themselves, I was in touch with the operations manager and based on my timelines he said I will send them 7:45-8am. They arrived 8:30. They make you start the clock and then take another 30 minutes I don't know doing what. I had everything packed and demounted ready to go. Should have been super easy for them. Again with the operations manager I told them I don't need their boxes, I'll buy my own. He did not make me aware of the costs they charge you for tape!!! $136 for a roll of tape, 2 cartons around a mirror and cellophane!!!!! No way!! Again HE DID NOT TELL ME THERE WOULD BE CHARGES!!! He also didn't make me aware of the driving from and to that they count as 1 hour rate each. And I explicitly asked what are all the charges. I am very organized, so I wrote everything down. He was nice enough to give me a little discount. But even with that I was 30 to 40% over what he thought it could be in terms of hours needed + I overestimated just to be sure. That's a big margin. Conclusion: It was still stressful and way too expensive. In general: Let your ego go and ask a friend or someone to help you. This was not worth it AT ALL. Read More

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Broke my brand new 85in flat screen tv, my large stand up mirror and was force squeezing my couch through doorframes .. on top of moving extremely slow and wasting time on their tablet. Still haven’t received a refund! Costs me $1,200 to move a studio apartment that’s on the bottom floor and not including having to repurchase a new tv and designer mirror. When I moved two years ago I was charged $700, took half the time and nothing was broken. Extremely unhappy. I offered to not write a poor review for a refund but I received no answers. The rate increased when they arrived then what was discussed when booking. A super small apartment with only the bed, mattress, TV and TV stand took 3 hours to pack the truck and cost over $1600. They broke a piece from my furniture and one of the workers said to just super glue it. It was just super unprofessional and honestly if I can go back I would not use this service. If I could rate this company a zero I would. Biggest ripoff in the business. We just moved with company and they have a bunch of hidden cost to rip off their customers. We moved a 4 bedroom house with no furniture from the master going. And minimal furniture from any other bedroom as we were buying new. It took 4 guys over 4 hrs to move 10 minutes up the street. Don’t let the name fool ya. Should be all my crooks. I moved a 4 bedroom from Germany to here they had me packed in less than an hour and I took everything. If I could rathe All My Sons a ZERO, I would. We booked them over the summer to move my 1BR apt into a 2BR apt about 20 minutes away -- while the team was on time, efficient, and courteous, there were unfortunately a good amount of my personal items damaged in the move. My bed frame - packaged/wrapped by the movers - sustained very noticeable and visible large scratches and dents. My floor length mirror - also packaged/wrapped by the movers - was completely shattered during the moving process. These two items we were assured by the gentlemen that we would get refunded 100% for by the company. I also had a box of dishes (which I packed meticulously and labeled FRAGILE on all sides) in which every single one of my dishes were broken. The movers mishandled this box, as evidenced by ripping/dents on the outside and, obviously, the completely shattered 20+ dishes (some family heirlooms/gifts/hand-me-downs). When asked for rightful monetary compensation for the damages, the company made us jump through numerous hoops, wait weeks, only to offer us $150. We provided pricing for every single item which totaled up to way over $150. For a fee of over $1k in moving services, I find it a little ridiculous that they aren't able to compensate for their own wrongful doings. I am utterly disappointed in this company's customer service and will never recommend them to anyone, unless you want your personal belongings destroyed. Read More

Be warned, other reviews of this company can be found under "All my Sons" the book reviews! Beware!! Terrible management! Booked for 830am no show till 1130. Price quoted was damn near doubled and they held our stuff hostage on the truck until we agreed to pay the inflated price. A piece of furniture was broken when they loaded, and when we asked when we would be paid for it, was told "we'll deal with it later"!.
