Complete & Utter Scam. Do not be fooled by several pages of paid 4.6 & above ratings. I was completely taken advantage of after thinking I found a reputable & reliable company to move a few large items from my apartment 3 blocks away to my new place. They quote you what seems to be a reasonable amount only to double the charges and inform you of additional charges once they arrive to your location. They hold your materials hostage until you pay and the workers are absolutely rude & unprofessional. FB & multiple other sites show this business to have much better reviews but upon further investigation it's all a big lie / false advertisement. Luis was the guy who sold me on this service. I needed sealed boxes to be moved to a professional office space and for the office furniture to be built. Summary of 2 tables, printer holder, 2 file cabinets, 20 chairs, and a front desk. They quoted me for $539 total and said this was a 1 hour move and 2 to 3 hour built out, which I thought was great. The moving portion was quick simple and profesional. Now the build out was a a zero out of zero. They charge hourly and per staff member. So the more staff the more they charge per hour. They sent 4 guys. One guy was claiming to be sick and stayed in the truck 80% of the time (he was just outside smoking cigarettes). The other 2 out of three staff members said it was there first week and had never built any of this furniture before. They started using YouTube to figure it out. The one guys that was working and knew how to do his job was very nice but it was too much work for one person while I was being charged For 4 people. They also broke some of the furniture and scratch the floor. I called the sales rep to explain and he claimed that everything I was saying was incorrect and that he would get it solved and call me back. I never got a call back. I then got charged $2,200.00 for the job (which was not even finished) I just told them to leave as it had been 8 hours already and I had to go. Very disappointed with the service . Read More

If I could rate less than a 1 I would. If you want your items arriving intact and without damage this is not the company to use. If you want your furniture reassembled this is not the service to use. This was the most awful move I have ever had to do strictly based on the awful service provided by all my sons. 3 desks damaged, the remaining 2 never reassembled. The walkthrough supposed to be done at the end was skipped by the team altogether. I called and called trying to get someone back to reassemble these desks and I have been getting the run around for 2 days now. Louis the manager even attempted to blame me for the issue stating I should’ve made sure there was a walkthrough. I have moved many times and generally when the movers state they are done and pack up and leave they have completed the service that was paid for. I am in shock at the awful service and the fact that the ball has been dropped so many times. Rodney the manager promised to call me back asap never did and when I called the following day I was told he was out of the office. I then had to reexplain the situation. From the very beginning of my experience my rate changed from $175 for 3 movers to $195. I still went ahead and booked the service. My moving date was scheduled for Tuesday. I waited all morning and finally called them and they said there were fully booked for that day and my day was changed to Wednesday without notice. I spoke with Rodney on the original confirmation call and he assured me my date was set. It was not. I informed him I needed two beds dissembled and reassembled, TVs covered and a glass table covered. He assured me the movers had tools on the truck. They would be able to take the beds down. Finally when my move date came I had iron as my driver. When I originally booked I was told movers were fast and efficient due to it being an hourly rate. My entire house was already packed and ready to go. Movers were not FAST AT ALL!!!! My husband and I had to start helping them put stuff on the truck because they weren't doing anything. They were not able to take my beds down. They had no tools on the truck. I had to leave all of my beds at my old apartment and pay another company to resemble them in my new home. Finally when I got to my moving destination they continued to take their time which accumulated to 4 hours of work when I was moving out of an apartment to another apartment 10 miles away. Ridiculous. They charged me $150 for gas. $150 for tape. 6 rolls of tape that cost $10 they charged me $150. I asked them to wrap a glass table that I had custom made. My table was completely cracked, my tv was cracked and broken and my living room entertainment center drawer was broken. This is the worse experience I have ever encountered. I will NEVER EVER recommend your company to anyone! This was stressful and horrible. No easy. Not efficient at all. Complete waste of money with the additional items I have to purchase and replace.
