I had to make a hard move of furniture from my deceased moms house to mine where i was keeping a lot of it. I’d gotten a mailing a few weeks back from Albert’s and hung on to it. I called on a late Sunday afternoon and Josh answered the call. Wednesday am he was there for an estimate. It was a LoT of stuff with two drop offs. While my estimate fell a little short of actual (billing by the hour, and I called around, their rate was competitive and some much more$$$) and I booked the move. Josh stayed in contact confirming times and readiness and the crew arrived right in time. What great guys! They were personable and fun and made me laugh on a hard day. I can't even begin to explain how much these guys rock!!!! They went above and beyond to help me get my gym equipment transported to my new house. They are all super sweet and true professionals. It has been many years since I had my home and business moved I have been in business over 50 years small businesses I met Josh through exemplary references on a Facebook page he came right over sized up the move gave me a more than fair price and then two months later moved my business and myself from Davie Florida to Summerfield fl. it was the most amazing experience I had worried and worried… But every single thing that I wanted moved was moved and beautifully and carefully and they were four of the nicest guys the most accommodating, clean and right on the money kind of guys they came they worked they left they were efficient it was a symphony very very successful move by Josh and his helpers and very much recommended. I moved 6 days ago... While nothing was broken. I was charged over 5k for moving 30 miles. I needed a lot of packing but there was also a lot we were getting rid of and asked them not to pack. The team wasted time lacking those items. They also wrapped a half used bar of soap. I had a candy dish full of matches which they proceeded to remove the matches put in a bag and then wrap the dish when they could've easily just wrapped the dish full of matches. Of course this wastes more time space in the box as well as supplies... Not to mention time loading the extra boxes they used into the truck and out of the truck. I also had all of my necklaces hanging simply on a towel bar that hangs over the door... It would have been very easy to remove the towel bar and hand it to me or transport it the way it was however they took all the necklaces off and put them in one giant Ziploc bag resulting in a jumbled mess and tons of ruined expensive necklaces... To which I am still trying to untangle. They literally wrapped empty boxes and put them into bigger boxes. Although I don't yet see anything broken... This team uses absolutely zero common sense. One of the worst parts though is because of this inefficiency so many things that were of importance were left behind. Which I still have to go back and get. I explain that I have a sofa that is a very difficult to get out and in ! The last moving company left my sofa in the hallway the bulding ! So I was super worry!!!
