We had the Maldonado Crew from Ackley and they were absolutely AMAZING. They estimated four days to pack and they finished in one day. They took the time to pack everything safe and secure too. They labeled everything and showed us how it was inventoried in case anything happens to our items. They clarified any questions we had and talked us through the whole process. They were super friendly and some of the HARDEST workers I've ever seen. This was our first PCS and I was so worried we hadn't done enough to prepare and they took over the entire process and made it pain free. Would recommend them 1000%. Read More

We have a house full of stuff that we are unpacking right now in WA and so much stuff is broken! My jewelry is a tangled nightmare and it's upsetting how much wasted paper there is! Why would you wrap pillows in moving paper?! When they unloaded our things off of the truck and into our new home one of the gentleman had a concealed gun which was so upsetting to me but what could I do? No care was taken with our furniture and things. This was a military move and it took over two weeks for our things to arrive so we have been in an empty house for the last two weeks and now unpacking broken bowls and furniture is so depressing. We've had a few moves through the military and on our own in the last eleven years and this is the worst moving experience we've ever had. Find someone else! Read More
