If I could, I would give these criminals a -5 rating and I would file a criminal complaint. First, they overcharged for the move and the storage by about $3,500 which was after they had my stuff. Then when my things were delivered, 1/3 (or more) of my stuff was missing or broken. Approximately $7,500 worth of sound gear was missing (stolen) along with some personal items that are irreplaceable. They were polite before they picked my stuff up. But once I got to my new home and was ready for delivery, I made the call. That's when I got the surprise bill and incredibly rude agents who would just hang up on me unless I just shut up and paid the ransom. The basic insurance is paid out by the pound and is useless. The amount offered to me by insurance was $50. For easily $8k worth of missing/stolen items. If I could I would take them to court. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my 65 yrs. Be very afraid of these guys. Look them up in other reviews and at the BBB. They are not movers. They're brokers. The guys who delivered my stuff arrived in rental truck!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! You are better off using UHAUL. My television was broken upon delivery, furniture dented and scratched, and boxes either STOLEN or delivered to the wrong house. I have been trying to locate the boxes for over a month now and nobody in the company can give me an answer or even call me back when they say they will. The two boxes contained my most precious belongings (many home videos of my childhood), my book, VHS, and dvd collection that I have been collecting for nearly 30 years. I am saddened and heartbroken that most likely I will never again see my home videos again.
On top of all of this, I had to call the police on the two delivery drivers. If anyone wants details of this incident, feel free to message me.
Lastly, if anyone moved between July and August of 2020 and received boxes containing books and films, please reach out to me! It would be greatly appreciated. Read More

This group is not a mover, just a broker and amazing liars and con men. I was seeking a moving quote for my 85 year old Mother from VA to NM. Geoff Langley contacted me from AAA and stated that he could give my Mother a great rate as they had a truck going out this way. I passed on my Mother's number. He set up the move and promised her a 1-2 week delivery time.
She did not realize that AAA moving was simply a broker and gave the move to Master's Movers out of Indiana- not BBB certified.
Long story short, the driver lied repeatedly about delivery time and advised to contact AAA. In fact, he worked for Master's Movers. The two week move turned into 6 weeks and 6 days.
The contact person, Guy, from Master's Movers was a lying rude jerk. The actual driver was abusive and broke valuables. 4 paintings were jammed into a wardrobe box and damaged. Long story short, the police were called. Belonging were abandoned in the parking lot. I was called a bitch. No furniture was unwrapped or moved.
It was the ABSOLUTE worst experience. My Mother received no bill of lading, complete contract, or bill of rights.

This is a terrible company despite their google reviews (which when you review, they are similar in feedback). I was mislead by the google reviews. I booked with this company to my items from Florida to California on 09/10/20. My sales person was Giovanni and I was very clear of when I needed my items to arrive to CA and had said my items needed to arrive before 10/19/20. I was given a 2 day window for my items being picked up and despite the movers coming late on 09/25/20, I was very flexible. When booking my moving quote with this company, I was told a certain price and I had even inquired if I needed to measure out items, etc. Well when the movers came to grab my stuff in FL, I ended up with a quote doubled than what was calculated and it was EXPENSIVE. I called AAA Movers and they gave me a $100 refunding.
Then I called a week later to inquire about the status of my items and there were no updates. The company customer service person (Maggie) told me that they were instructed to count up to 21 days starting 10/06/20 to get my items. I explained that I needed my items to be delivered counting from 09/25/20. Nothing was done to fix this.
I would call infrequently to find out the status of my items and I was told to contact the moving company. When one customer person did answer my phone call (Andrew S), I was told my stuff hadn't left Florida and that was as of 10/15/20. They had no updates for me.
I called the actual movers and my stuff didn't leave Florida after 10/16/20 and didn't arrive until 10/26/20. In this time period, the movers had given me 3 different dates that my stuff would arrive and it was incorrect. I called AAA Movers to help with this issue and no one responded to my emails, phone calls and I even left messages with Grace and Wendall. I was living in an empty apartment and started a new job with this extra stress.
After my stuff arrived on 10/26/20, the movers lost items and delivered damaged boxes and items. When the mover did finally show up, they started to move the wrong items from another person and I got charged walking more than 75 feet as well as using a small truck though an 18 wheeler was allowed on my street. I have tried calling AAA movers to let them what happened but NO ONE will contact me back. I have tried to find a manager or anyone to help and I am told they cannot send an email to me to confirm that I have called. I have to file claims with the actual movers and even that process is ridiculous.
For the money I was charged, it is terrible service and I still haven't received all of my items. This broker is of no help and I would never recommend this company. The amount of frustration and emotional exhaustion with this moving company is unexplainable in words. I would like for someone in this company that is high up to fix this issue. After my stuff arrived on 10/26/20, the movers lost items and delivered damaged boxes and items. When the mover did finally show up, they started to move the wrong items from another person and I got charged walking more than 75 feet as well as using a small truck though an 18 wheeler was allowed on my street. I have tried calling AAA movers to let them what happened but NO ONE will contact me back. I have tried to find a manager or anyone to help and I am told they cannot send an email to me to confirm that I have called. I have to file claims with the actual movers and even that process is ridiculous.
For the money I was charged, it is terrible service and I still haven't received all of my items. This broker is of no help and I would never recommend this company. The amount of frustration and emotional exhaustion with this moving company is unexplainable in words. I would like for someone in this company that is high up to fix this issue. I booked with this company to my items from Florida to California on 09/10/20. My sales person was Giovanni and I was very clear of when I needed my items to arrive to CA and had said my items needed to arrive before 10/19/20. I was given a 2 day window for my items being picked up and despite the movers coming late on 09/25/20, I was very flexible. When booking my moving quote with this company, I was told a certain price and I had even inquired if I needed to measure out items, etc. Well when the movers came to grab my stuff in FL, I ended up with a quote doubled than what was calculated and it was EXPENSIVE. I called AAA Movers and they gave me a $100 refunding.
Then I called a week later to inquire about the status of my items and there were no updates. The company customer service person (Maggie) told me that they were instructed to count up to 21 days starting 10/06/20 to get my items. I explained that I needed my items to be delivered counting from 09/25/20. Nothing was done to fix this.
I would call infrequently to find out the status of my items and I was told to contact the moving company. When one customer person did answer my phone call (Andrew S), I was told my stuff hadn't left Florida and that was as of 10/15/20. They had no updates for me.

So basically we hired AAA moving group to do a full service move for us since we couldn’t keep pay for our apartment during this pandemic. Brad Fink quoted me $1700. I told him I had 2 tvs. This is my first time doing this and he never notified me about extra insurance or that I had to choose my insurance. He just stated that I would be covered up to $10,000. They use a 3rd party company in Jersey for the pickup and delivery. Never told me who the 3rd party was. Travis, my friend, handled the pickup and they ending up raising my price $1000 on the spot. Then the main mover guys who packs up my stuff demanded a tip and when I said I had no money left he got upset and hung up the phone. I got afraid that he would mess up my stuff so I called AAA and reported it. Travis called me right after because the guys was threatening to destroy stuffs and said he already screwed me. To stop him from doing any more damage, I gave him my last $60 and Travis also gave him $100.
I called the third party coming called Stop and Move, the next day and reported it and they basically said he can’t threaten you for a tip since it’s not require and there was nothing more they can do. I the called AAA several time and spoke with them for 2 weeks straight worried about my stuff. They have this all documented by the way. AAA refunded me $150 for the tip. we got threatened out of, which I still haven't received and its been 3 weeks. When I finally got our stuff, some things were missing and others destroyed. My $3000 tv that we just bought was broken and no longer worked. Also they never notified me about any insurance plans and had me sign a piece of paper when the delivered me items, that was covered, stating it was for receiving my stuff. When the mover left. I went through all the boxes immediately and saw what was broken and missing. I called the third party and they said I signed Option 2 for only .60cents per pound. I expressed they never gave me any options and never told me I had an option. They then refer me to that paper I signed that stating option 2. Which was the paper that was covered. So basically scamming me again me again. Also paper work was not even full filled out.
After all that I proceed to try and deal with AAA. I got through to a guy named Daniel Owens that said he was the director of operations at first, but was actually just a sale person. He did some digging for 3 more day. He then got on the phone with me and Travis on a recoding line saying that the 3rd party is willing to give me .60 cents for the total weight of my move instead of just .60 per pound. He gave me the number to call on Friday and I had to weight till Monday to call. I called Monday and Stop and Move deny it. When I called the guys from AAA back (Daniel) he ignored my call and texted me and said there is nothing more he could do and tried to flip it on me by saying that I was the one that said they were offer me the .60 per total weight. I have everyone’s first and last name that I talk to for a month, and have some voice recordings, 2 witnesses, and an email from Daniel confirmation the .60 per total weight. Just got scammed and paid $2700 for the move and got over $3000 in damages and lost items. Read More
