A truly awful moving company. Going from Colorado to Georgia, their quote was vastly incorrect: their estimate ended up being $10,000 off. They quoted around 8000, charged us over 17,000. They want an itemized list and woe befall you if you exceed it. Other more professional companies do a zoom call to assess. Not APlus.
Then the movers came, and loaded all the boxes clearly marked FRAGILE on the bottom. When they unloaded, the boxes - marked for each room - were haphazardly dumped in the closest room to the door. The handling of fragile items, which were marked, wasn't great.
Part of the deal *according to the phone guy* was to dissassemble/reassemble a desk. Well, when it got late, they wanted to leave and just didn't do it. They just left. When I went to reassemble it, I found that they had bent many of the pegs, as they were left in the furniture and then loaded.
TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE! Look at the picture. They left a huge pile of trash in the garage. A giant tape-ball that will be a pain to bag up and throw away. They also left shreds of tape and packing material scattered through the house. I'm still finding them two weeks later.

Worse moving company unprofessional rude and disrespectful. First let’s start how they charged me 700 on top of the contract was for and if I didn’t pay I wouldn’t get my move and I would have to pay even more were her exact words I tried to reach out to them for 2 weeks with absolutely no response. We even contacted a lawyer because we genuinely believe are stuff was stolen because I wasn’t getting an answer we called multiple numbers, emailed, and texted. When I did get an answer it was to tell me my stuff was in transit. When I asked about the total and send her screenshots of me trying to reach out and how I stoped getting a response after I send the deposit and why are they asking for more she literally told me she couldn’t answer me said something about packing which they did not pack and then said we had extra stuff and if l emailed her again that was harassment and she would send my stuff to storage. And I would pay even more. They lied were rude and BROKE MY DRESSER AND PIANO and I’m not even done looking at what else is missing or broken. I have proof of it all! I literally just wanted an answer that’s it I get it sometimes is more in a move but as a customer I deserved a clear answer. I literally can’t believe they are a business and THEY go by 3 DIFFERENT names!! INTEGRITY VAN LINES, A PLUS MOVING AND STORAGE AND BIG BOY MOVING SERVICES! Beware!!
