Let me start off by saying this. The guys (Brandon’s crew) that moved my stuff were great. No complaints. They deserve 5 stars. My issue was with the quote that I received and being misled by the estimate. Mr. Mahone told me on phone and it is in email (see photo) that 15% would be deducted from final bill. I received multiple quotes and eventually chose this company because the 15% would’ve have made their quote the best. I was quoted 4.5 hours of labor. Which in turn needed to be 8 hours. Kind of undersold the labor estimate. It wasn’t until after my stuff was moved in that I received a bill in excess of approximately 1K more than I was quoted. Yeah I was a bit shocked. Mr. Mahone said that the 15% was already factored in when it clearly states otherwise on the quote. Mr. Mahone stated that it was a miscommunication but made no offer to stand by his 15% discount which is the reason for the loss of stars. Read More
